Art Interactive: Creative Flow with Angelica Hay
Presentation & Workshop
Saturday, September 19
2:00pm - 4:00pm
Attend an artist talk followed by an interactive activity, led by guest artist Angelica Hay.
This session of Art Interactive features interdisciplinary artist, Angelica Hay. With a background in science, art and music, Angelica brings a grounded approach to supporting creativity and curiosity. Offering practical techniques for accessing and sustaining a creative flow state, Angelica will address obstacles many people face: anxiety, decision paralysis, screen fatigue, and the loss of joy in making. The workshop includes guided breathing practice, a live performance demo, and discussion about creative process.
Program presentation and activity will take place in the Brand Library Recital Hall.
