Attend an artist talk followed by an interactive activity led by a guest artist Angela Sung.
In this session of Art Interactive, get to know featured artist Angela Sung. Learn about Angela’s role in the animation industry as well as how the Warrior Painters community came to be! Angela will then lead a plein air painting activity where participants can learn to paint complex scenes with speed and confidence.
Please be advised that the activity portion of the program takes place outdoors. All art supplies will be provided, but we highly encourage attendees to bring their own folding chair or picnic blanket to sit on, and a clipboard/hard surface to work from.
Program begins in the Brand Library Recital Hall for the presentation and then will move outside to the Brand Plaza for the activity.

Art Interactive highlights a guest artist’s story and creative process, and how they connect with others. After a brief presentation, the guest artist will lead attendees in an activity to further explore their artistic approach. Admission is free, but registration is required. PARKING
Free, limited parking is available in Brand Park. An accessible entrance and accessible parking for cars with a disabled parking placard or license plate is located on the East side of Brand Library.
