Please join us as we continue a series of Nature Literacy programming at the Glendale Library, Arts and Culture. These workshops are funded by the CA State Parks Pass Grant and are intended to encourage adult early education learners in our community to explore, learn, and reflect upon the natural world through accessible nature-based programs.
Benny Isaac Jacobs-Schwartz of Birds by BIJS will lead students on a guided hike and teach the basics of binocular use and bird identification. Afterward, participants may participate in a journal reflection prompt. This program will take place at the Bette Davis Picnic Area located in Griffith Park, 1850 Riverside Dr, Glendale, CA 91201.
