During this live 45-minute workshop, an experienced music teacher will introduce basic chords and strumming techniques. Instruments will be provided during this program on a first come, first serve basis.

We have a limited amount of instruments. If you have registered for this program and need to cancel, please call the Casa Verdugo Library at 818-548-2047 during normal business hours. Library staff will wait 5 minutes before offering the instrument to the next library patron.

Casa Verdugo Library is an intimate community oriented library geared for families with children. We are also a destination for students seeking a quiet place to work as well as private tutoring.We have many tables with outlets for adults to use. In addition, we have weekly storytime for babies as read by our own Ms. Vivian. We also offer art programs for tweens inspired by great artists of the past as presented by Ms. Katie.
