As part of the Filipino American History Month celebration, we will host a workshop for adults and families to decorate a Parol (a traditional Filipino lantern in the shape of a star).

One Parol per family will be available with registration.

About the library

Casa Verdugo Library is an intimate community oriented library geared for families with children. We are also a destination for students seeking a quiet place to work as well as private tutoring.We have many tables with outlets for adults to use. In addition, we have weekly storytime for babies as read by our own Ms. Vivian. We also offer art programs for tweens inspired by great artists of the past as presented by Ms. Katie.
