Bake a Delicious Zucchini Brownie!

Learn how to bake a zucchini brownie!

In this workshop, the instructor will explain and demonstrate to participants how to bake a zucchini brownie. Participants may choose to bake alongside, in real time!

Please have the following material(s) ready for the workshop day.

Ingredients Needed:

• 1 cup almond butter   
• 1/3 cup honey                    
• 1 large egg                         
• 1 tsp baking soda              
• 1 tsp vanilla extract           
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon    
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips                                      
• 1 1/2 cup zucchini, shredded                                
• Coconut oil, solid, for greasing pan

It is highly recommended you have a device with a webcam so that if you need assistance, you may show the instructor your project. If you cannot have a camera on during this class, the instructor may not be able to assist you.

Registered participants are asked to give a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to the workshop start time to allow others on the waiting list to attend. Failure to cancel with adequate notice may result in loss of the ability to register for future workshops.
