On this tour, Dr. Valerie Taylor will share information about the history of Brand Library as well as the renovation and historic restoration that took place between 2012 and 2014. RSVP required.
Art historian Dr. Valerie Taylor, Brand Associates Board member and former Highlights Tour docent at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, will share the fascinating story of the Brand family and "Miradero," their historic home that is now Brand Library & Art Center.
Valerie will also share information about the renovation and historic restoration that took place between 2012 and 2014.
This tour is free, but RSVPs are required. Tour is limited to 25 people.
Meet at the top of the stairs on the west side of the building and wear comfortable shoes!

Free, limited parking is available in Brand Park; ride-sharing is strongly encouraged. An accessible entrance and accessible parking for cars with a disabled parking placard or license plate is located on the East side of Brand Library.
