Robyn Butcher-Whitla is an artist, illustrator, teacher, tutor and life coach. She will be teaching art and journaling class via Zoom on the first and the third Wednesday of every month.
A journal is a personal place where you can express your thoughts, feelings of joy, anger, hope, whatever you are experiencing. Register for the class and an email will be sent with login instructions and a list of supplies needed for this workshop. The topic for this class will be the health and wellness benefits of journaling. Journaling your thoughts, emotions an experiences down on paper has been found to have health benefits. Just a few minutes of writing a day can reduce stress, boost self-confidence and help you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings.
Journaling kits are available upon request. If you would like a kit, you can let us know during registration. Kits should be picked up prior to class, and must be requested by 5pm, Wednesday, April 10th. Kits requested after this date will not be available.
